My Daily Rant - 4.25.08 - Hulk Smash.

The Incredible Hulk has to be one of the most human comic book characters not because his penis is probably green but because of his emotions. The Hulk is normally mild mannered and a complete nerd. But when he is mad he becomes a behemoth that ravages people’s lives.

Imagine him in bed.

Anger is one of the seven deadly sins according to Catholic beliefs (lets not get into this subject…ever). The Hulk gets mad and then decides to mess someone’s entire day up. This leads to an interesting question…

As humans, are we just angry people? Personally, I am a punk and I am extremely passive to the point of not caring when people say things but watching someone tip of the deep end has to be one of the funniest things to watch. Everyone has that deep end where they should not tread. Some peoples deep ends are shallower than others and it can allow them to come back from it easily; while some are oceans and we watch in laughter as they get lost in that abyss of pouting and extremely red faces.

(P.S if you are from BK then that abyss resembles the afterlife where you speak to your King Biggie Smalls and he tells you how to act correctly to deal with this Playa Hata.)

Can we not help being so angry all of the time? I mean if we look at the world in a larger perspective, it is a terrible place; it is practically a floating sewer in space, gas is four dollars a gallon and crimes of passion over me are at an all time high.

I have that effect sometimes.

Is this why they try to have all those feel good things going on? The carnivals and random fun of spring etc are meant to bring our spirits up. However, is it really masking the true ugliness that lies inside?

Sort of like sex with a paper bag.

The ugliness inside is something we never want to see but are sometimes forced to see it. When it comes out we cannot control it. Now if B.I.G told you what to do then you should obviously handle it and do it correctly.
